Tipico Villas is remunerated through an agreed Property Management commission on reservations generated through the official Tipico Villas platform or through partner channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and other online travel agencies.

For reservations originating from external platforms, it is important to consider that, in addition to the Property Management commission agreed with Tipico Villas, commissions charged directly by the individual booking platform may also apply.

These commissions may vary depending on the channel used and the commercial terms applied by the relevant platform.

This model allows property owners to clearly understand the costs associated with each reservation while benefiting from Tipico Villas’ promotion, management and guest assistance services without hidden fixed costs.

Who Receives the Booking Payments?

One of the key principles of our management model is complete transparency when it comes to booking payments.

The property owner’s bank details are entered into the relevant online booking platforms so that reservation payments can be credited directly to the owner’s bank account, according to the payment procedures of each platform.

This means that Tipico Villas does not necessarily need to collect the booking amount and subsequently transfer it to the property owner.

The owner retains direct control over their booking revenue, while Tipico Villas manages the operational and administrative activities relating to reservations that are included in the service.

Tipico Villas subsequently charges the agreed Property Management commission by direct debit from the owner’s bank account.

This system is designed to ensure clarity, control and transparency, allowing property owners to directly monitor the payments they receive as well as the costs associated with the management service.
